With nearly thirty years of experience in top national and international law and accounting firms, Marc Bélanger is recognized for his expertise in international business and tax law.

He advises Canadian and foreign companies in their global expansion, the establishment of optimal corporate and tax structures, and the negotiation of complex cross-border contracts.

Before founding B International – Avocats Inc., Mr. Bélanger held partner roles at one of Canada’s largest accounting firms and later at a major international law firm, where he led their international practice.

Holding a Master’s degree in Taxation (Université de Sherbrooke) and a Master’s in International and European Law (Université Toulouse I), he brings deep insight into the strategic challenges of foreign markets.

As an author and speaker, he has published several works, including Doing Business in the United States.

His approach combines pragmatism, clarity, and long-term vision—values that form the foundation of the firm’s culture.

He holds an MBA from Université Laval and law degrees from both Université Laval and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, combining legal training with governance expertise and international development experience.

Olivier has participated in various international trade missions, including in the United Kingdom, and has led several projects involving international representation and coordination.

His background gives him a deep understanding of cultural nuances and the economic dynamics of global business.

Whether offering services in French, English, or Spanish, Olivier brings a human-centered, analytical, and rigorous approach to legal advisory.

Jérémie is currently completing his Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Montréal and has joined the team as a legal intern. In this role, he supports the firm’s lawyers with legal research, memo drafting, and case preparation. His contributions focus particularly on research, synthesis, and legal writing.

Actively involved in internationally focused organizations, Jérémie has a strong interest in cross-border legal issues, particularly those related to economic movements and their legal implications. Trilingual, he is able to serve clients in French, English, and Spanish.
