Marc Bélanger

With nearly thirty years of experience in leading national and international law and accounting firms, Marc Bélanger is recognized for his expertise in international business and tax law. He advises Canadian and foreign companies on global expansion, optimal corporate and tax structures, and complex cross-border contracts.

Before founding B International, Marc was a partner at one of Canada’s largest accounting firms and later at a major international law firm, where he led the international practice. His approach combines pragmatism, clarity, and long-term vision.

An author and speaker, he has published several works, including Doing Business in the United States.
