With nearly thirty years of experience in top national and international law and accounting firms, Marc Bélanger is recognized for his expertise in international business and tax law.
He advises Canadian and foreign companies in their global expansion, the establishment of optimal corporate and tax structures, and the negotiation of complex cross-border contracts.
Before founding B International – Avocats Inc., Mr. Bélanger held partner roles at one of Canada’s largest accounting firms and later at a major international law firm, where he led their international practice.
Holding a Master’s degree in Taxation (Université de Sherbrooke) and a Master’s in International and European Law (Université Toulouse I), he brings deep insight into the strategic challenges of foreign markets.

Jérémie Bélanger
Jérémie is currently completing his Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Montréal and has joined the team as a legal intern. In this role, he supports the firm’s lawyers with legal research, memo drafting, and case preparation. His contributions focus particularly on research, synthesis, and legal writing.
Actively involved in internationally focused organizations, Jérémie has a strong interest in cross-border legal issues, particularly those related to economic movements and their legal implications. Trilingual, he is able to serve clients in French, English, and Spanish.

Jean Cloutier – Chief Procurement Officer (CPO)
Jean leads the procurement strategy and the development of international partnerships within B International – Commerce. His expertise enables him to identify, structure, and secure business opportunities on a global scale. Jean’s intellect, leadership and interpersonal skills have enabled him to lead great companies to achieve incredible results.
A graduate of Business Management at the University of Sherbrooke as well as Supply Chain and Inventory Control at François-Xavier-Garneau, Jean is the recipient of prestigious awards in Global Supply Chain Management. Jean specializes in providing strategic advisory services, to improve business profitability and strengthen competitiveness in international markets.
Previously, Jean held senior management positions at a major Tour Operator, where he oversaw the negotiation and optimization of strategic purchases related to airline operations. He later founded a strategic consulting firm dedicated to supporting a diverse range of clients in management and procurement challenges.
Recognized for his ability to build sustainable partnerships and generate value in highly competitive environments, he brings extensive experience across the entire procurement value chain, from initial negotiations to the strategic management of supplier relationships.

Michael Stegmann – Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Michael focuses on building strong commercial partnerships and creating new opportunities in international trade. He specialises in exploring and developing opportunities for B International – Commerce across the globe.
He holds an MBA from Université Laval, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences earned through studies at both McGill University and the University of Sydney. This diverse academic background has reinforced his international outlook and strengthened his global perspective.
His academic training across multiple countries, combined with extensive travel, has given him a global perspective and a strong ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business contexts. Fluent in multiple languages, he is well equipped to navigate international markets and foster lasting relationships. Beyond his studies, Michael has developed skills in leadership, communication, and negotiation through his involvement in business development, team management, and international projects.

Marc Lavigne – Agriculture & International Development (Africa–Canada)
Marc Lavigne is an experienced executive specializing in governance, international development, and agri-food systems. Recognized for his strategic vision and ability to lead complex initiatives, he has built a strong track record in designing innovative solutions, managing high-impact projects, and forging strategic partnerships. His achievements across Canada and multiple African countries reflect a deep expertise in cross-border collaboration and sectoral development.
Marc has led major agri-food initiatives in Africa, negotiating public–private partnerships aimed at strengthening local agricultural sectors and improving value chains. He also brings extensive experience in governance and electoral management, having advised international missions and local authorities on the implementation of sustainable democratic processes. Over the years, he has directed or supported several political campaigns at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels, contributing to the reinforcement of institutional capacity.
Earlier in his career, Marc held a key role at the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), where he managed parliamentary strategy, advised the Minister on initiatives in Quebec, Haiti, and the Francophonie, and oversaw multilateral relations. He played a central role in developing CIDA’s first investment financing framework for the private sector, supporting economic growth and sustainable development.
Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communications from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Since 2021, he has served as Vice President of the Groupement forestier Arthabaska-Drummond, contributing to the development of Quebec’s forestry sector. He also operates a small-scale solidarity-based organic farm, producing fruits, vegetables, and certified organic saffron. His work continues to generate meaningful impact at both local and international levels, driven by a commitment to governance, agriculture, and sustainable development.

Jean H. Lavoie – Governance, Public Procurement & International Development (Africa–Global)
Jean H. Lavoie is an international lawyer and strategic advisor with extensive experience supporting governments, multilateral institutions, and private-sector partners across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean. He has led major governance reforms, negotiated complex agreements, and developed public–private partnerships in some of the world’s most challenging environments.
His expertise spans political affairs, institutional reform, public procurement, financial governance, and regulatory development. Jean is recognized for his ability to navigate geopolitical and cultural complexities, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and strengthen national institutions through practical, results-oriented strategies.
He has held senior roles with UNDP, the OSCE, and the American Bar Association. Key assignments include leading a USD 385-million governance program in the Democratic Republic of Congo, contributing to the Arusha Peace Agreement mediation team led by President Nelson Mandela, and directing the Mali Justice Project for nearly a decade to advance judicial cooperation and legal reform. He has also advised governments on post-conflict institution building and evaluated development programs for the United Nations and USAID.
Previously, Jean served as a senior advisor to Quebec’s Minister of Justice during the Meech Lake constitutional negotiations and practiced commercial and corporate law at Byers Casgrain (now Dentons).
Jean holds a law degree from Université Laval, is a member of the Quebec Bar, and earned an LL.M. in International Law from the London School of Economics.

Eric Carnagey is an award-winning senior executive with more than fifteen years of global leadership in media, location-based entertainment, and immersive destinations. He has led over fifty acclaimed projects – including IP-based attractions, tourism destinations, films, and multimedia experiences – in collaboration with Universal Pictures, CBS, Paramount, Legendary, and Netflix, with work spanning Asia, North America, and the Middle East.
As Partner, Co-Founder, Managing Director, and Executive Producer at Legacy Entertainment, Eric oversees global business development, marketing, and media operations, securing multimillion-dollar contracts and directing cross-functional teams delivering theme parks, resorts, dark rides, aquariums, and branded experiences valued from $10 million to over $1 billion. He has negotiated and managed strategic partnerships with major groups and IP holders including Chimelong Group, Melco Resorts, Vingroup, Galaxy Entertainment Group, Universal Studios, Paramount, Legendary Pictures, Cirque du Soleil, and Six Flags. He also co-founded Lay/Carnagey Entertainment, a production company behind projects such as the Aliens Ate My Homework franchise and the immersive attractions Pacific Rim: Shatterdome Strikeand Road Rage: Wasteland Escape.

Sébastien Dhavernas – Arts & Culture (Montréal)
Sébastien Dhavernas is a renowned actor, director, producer, and artistic entrepreneur with a career spanning more than fifty years across theatre, television, film, musical theatre, advertising, dubbing, and improvisation. Born in Montreal to parents from France, he completed classical studies at Collège Stanislas in Outremont and trained at the Conservatoire d’Art Dramatique de Montréal, later adding a diploma in television scriptwriting from the Institut national de l’image et du son (INIS).
Since 1974, Sébastien has performed on stage and in numerous French- and English-language television series, including Le Temps d’une paix and The House of Pride. He has directed around forty professional stage productions, many of them new works for which he also acted as script editor, and has taught in several theatre schools, notably as Director of the Theatre Option at Collège Lionel-Groulx from 1984 to 1987. A versatile creator, he has released two albums as a singer-songwriter, Je veux la lune (1992) and Vénus en Verseau (2024).
Sébastien is also a leading figure in dubbing, having adapted around one hundred works from English to French and overseen nearly three hundred film and television projects as dubbing director between 1994 and 2024. In Quebec, he has provided the French voice for actors such as Sean Penn, Jeff Daniels, Chris Cooper, as well as characters like Roger Rabbit, Michelangelo of the Ninja Turtles, and Jar Jar Binks.
His commitment to the arts extends to governance and public policy. A member of UDA, ACTRA, and SARTEC, he has served as President of the Quebec Association of Private Theatre Producers, President of SODEC’s dubbing commission, and a board member of the Union des artistes. More recently, he was the first chairperson and CEO of the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal. In 2008, he ran as the Liberal candidate in the federal riding of Outremont, driven by a desire to support arts and culture, promote the French language in Quebec and Canada, improve the quality of life of the less fortunate, and address youth-related issues.

Glenn Rosen – Import and Export Specialist (USA)
Amongst other functions, Glenn is currently President and CEO of PGR Packaging Inc. USA. Glenn has been working with industry-leading sustainable plastic product packaging and the paper board industry for the past thirty years in the USA, Canada and Germany.
Glenn received his BCOM, MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada before joining Spar Aerospace - Satellite Technology, Cellular Technology and the official Shuttle Remote Manipulator System which is a series of robotic arms (Canadarm). Glenn relocated to California, overseeing the divisions of structures, robotic systems and space-deployable subsystems for large space structure assembly.
Glenn has acquired extensive knowledge of aerospace technology, supply chain, and sustainable packaging.

Kartik Chandrasekaran – Import and Export Specialist (USA)
Kartik brings over 25 years of professional experience in Research & Development, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality control at leading eCommerce companies including Golden Hippo Media and Beachbody on Demand LLC. He excels at delivering targeted COGs and identifying strategic partners to effectively scale operations and supply chain needs. Kartik holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron, Ohio, along with Six Sigma Certification and Lead Auditor in ISO 9001. Kartik is currently, among other roles, Vice President of Supply Chain at Wellness Works.
Kartik has extensive knowledge of the fields of supplements, cosmetics, plastics, retail, construction, health and fitness, and advertising industries. Kartik has successfully launched new products at regular intervals, including partnering with new contract manufacturers and logistics providers, thus enabling an optimized supply chain.

With over four decades of international experience, Ravi Dadlani brings a broad background in product development, global sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics to the B International - Commerce team. A graduate of the University of Miami with degrees in International Marketing and Finance and a master’s in International Finance, Ravi has developed extensive supplier and production networks across China, India, and Southeast Asia. His diverse career spans toys, electronics, hotel and airline supplies, packaging design, nutraceutical manufacturing, and global distribution, reflecting deep versatility and cross-sector expertise.
Based between Guangzhou, Mumbai, and Los Angeles, Ravi actively advances bilateral trade initiatives that strengthen collaboration between Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Cantonese, he bridges markets and cultures to enhance B International - Commerce’s global partnerships. His decades of experience, entrepreneurial approach, and cross-cultural fluency contribute to the company’s commitment toward innovation, diversity, and sustainable international growth.

Pierre Savard – Innovation & Technology Commercialization
Pierre Savard is an innovation and business development specialist with more than twenty years of experience in high-technology, life sciences, and knowledge-based industries. With academic training in biochemistry, law, and an executive MBA, he has built a career supporting companies whose growth depends on scientific discovery, technological advancement, and the effective commercialization of research. His expertise bridges scientific, legal, regulatory, and strategic considerations, enabling organizations to navigate complex environments and accelerate value creation.

Since 2006 through his consulting firm BioStrateg inc., he advises clients on corporate development, innovation strategy, financing, strategic partnerships, and business transformation, offering practical insight grounded in both scientific and managerial experience.
Pierre previously held senior leadership roles in corporate development, legal affairs, and regulatory management within several innovative companies in Quebec. His accomplishments include negotiating strategic partnerships, coordinating intellectual property protection frameworks, developing commercialization strategies, and securing preliminary regulatory approvals from Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. His experience also extends to government and political advisory roles, which have strengthened his capacity to analyze complex issues and manage public-policy considerations affecting innovative industries.
